I had an opportunity to work with National Geographic and their Big Cats Initiative this fall. They contacted me to create three unique DIY big cat costumes that would be simple and inexpensive to create. I chose to make cheetah, lion, and lynx costumes. It was so fun going through the crafting process and doing the photo shoot with five-year-old models (a little challenging, too)! Big thanks go to the photographer Serah Sauser, who delivered fantastic photos. I learned a lot and think the results are great.
